Among the top ten questions I get, something always comes up about office tools. Everyone wants to know what I use. They know I am picky and will return anything and everything that doesn't work.
I went ahead and put up a quick website with shortcuts to all the essential business tools we use for our business. If you walk into my office, you will find it, or a newer version on our Amazon Affiliate Store. Check it out at www.kuhltoys.com. Everything is there, our speech recognition software, our desktops, all of it. About the only things we couldn't get on there were the iPhone, iPad and Blackberry Torch.

What is on there and why:
Desktop Computers - HP Hot Rod, yes a little pricey but we use the power and you might too.
Computer Monitors - For the money the Samsung monitors have the best picture. Get two!
Software - Every business should have MS Office, QuickBooks Pro or better and Dragon Naturally Speaking.
Gyro Mouse - If you sell on the road or host training, you need this widget.
Microphones and Speakers - We don't have phones in the offices any more, just Skype. Yes, we lost the big business ACD system, but now we actually answer the phones and talk to our customers. Skype works great when you have the right setup. You might find cheaper, but this rig works.
Video Gear - If you want to create video's for the internet, you need Camtasia for your computer, a great HD camera and a really good microphone. Crappy videos won't make you any money.
